Cashew nuts - soaked (50g)
Walnut - soaked (50g)
Hazel nut - (50g)
Dates - soaked (200g)
Cacao powder- 2 heaped tbsp
Hemp seeds (ground) 1 tsp
Sesame seed ( ground) 1tsp
Flaxseed ( freshly ground) 2 tbsp
Poppy seed 1tsp
Chia seed ( ground) 1 tsp
Chia seed (whole) 1 tsp
Almond...Protein/Chia BallsMore
Cashew nuts - soaked (50g)
Walnut - soaked (50g)
Hazel nut - (50g)
Dates - soaked (200g)
Cacao powder- 2 heaped tbsp
Hemp seeds (ground) 1 tsp
Sesame seed ( ground) 1tsp
Flaxseed ( freshly ground) 2 tbsp
Poppy seed 1tsp
Chia seed ( ground) 1 tsp
Chia seed (whole) 1 tsp
Almond butter (crunchy) 1 1/2 tbsp
Coconut flakes to coat
Shape and leave in the freezer…if you prefer them softer in texture leave in the fridge or remove from freezer 10-20 mins prior to eating. Enjoy….big hit with all the family especially the children!

Fermented cucumber and garlic
My second attempt both had to thrown out after two days as the rocks on top ( weights) had a white scum develop and the cucumber tasted very acidic. Hoping my third attempt is more successful and open to any tips as it’s not happening...Fermented cabbage and carrotMore

My second attempt both had to thrown out after two days as the rocks on top ( weights) had a white scum develop and the cucumber tasted very acidic. Hoping my third attempt is more successful and open to any tips as it’s not happening for me !!! Strangely I’m not drawn to fermented food yet I imagine they would be very good to aid digestion! I enjoy reading your success stories… it gives me hope !

I had to do the same with my attempt at fermented celery. Next time the celery will be chopped smaller and covered with a cabbage leaf.
