    Pinch of cinnamon

Put nuts and seed in processor and pulse into little pieces. Add dates and pulse again, you may need to add more dates enough so that the mix sticks when you pinch it. Tip into a bowl and add the oats, spice and dried fruit ( I put a little raw coconut in mine too). Press into a lined 8x8 inch tin and put in fridge over night. Cut into 6 bars, wrap individually and return to fridge. Or freeze 🌱 Yum!

Wash them, and pull stalks out. Pour marinade on and leave for half an hour. Turn to make sure flavour gets right in ✨

Serve with some speedy pesto, use whatever herb or nuts you have. I used handful of walnuts, handful of basil from my poly, about 2tbsp of engevita measured by eye, clove of garlic and enough olive oil to loosen. Blitz.
That’s it. Served on baby spinach with sweet tomatoes. Fab πŸ‘πŸ» few flax crackers too.
