Governments around the world are passing legislation that is not based on science. This platform allows us to openly share and discuss perspectives and information, without being censored.

Forest gardening is a kind of agriculture which is as close to natural as gardening gets. Focusing on perennials and working with layers of plants, from trees down to ground cover, it is very sustainable and provides fruit, nuts, vegetables and herbs.

I believe with all the understanding we have in terms of how our minds work, our advances in quantum physics and from teachings from Bruce Lipton, Joe Dispenza, Greg Braden and many other scientists that we have the capability of changing our world. This change starts with us changing our thoughts and healing old emotional patterns so we can think and feel coherently and therefore our thoughts and feelings act in alignment to create a new personal reality. it can feel really overwhelming when we think of all that we need to do to heal our beautiful Mother Earth. I have often felt paralysed by grief and despair and I just don't know where to start. However by taking just small steps every day we can make a difference.Each action we take towards restoration can build upon the one before it and inspire us to do more. This is a group to share your small everyday victories as we move towards becoming a species that gives back to the planet.
Examples can be how you reduce your plastic , creating a beautiful plant based meal from scratch instead of buying a ready meal, bringing your own coffee in a flask to avoid take out waste. Planting seeds , rewilding your small piece of garden, supporting a local business or veg box scheme. I know we have so much to learn from each other.
