    I've developed a crackle in my right knee, sometimes it feels like it's going to lock up the pain is usually to the right of the kneecap middle way down side of my knee, I'm using comfrey oil on it but is there anything else I can use

      The Health Shop I work in sells a couple of vegan D3 supplements from Mushrooms. Iā€™m posting a link on mushroom D3 too. The supplement is prepared boost the D3 content of the mushrooms so not same content as those on your plate. Lichen is a fungi alga mix so Iā€™d say the principle is similar.
      The vegan organic brands I know of are Source of Life and Wild Nutrition ā˜€ļø

    I just bought some of these for my kid at health food shop lady said they are very popular for Arthritis remedy , soak in gin eat a few over the day , apparently if you look into it its the Sulphur and the Juniper that is behind the mysterious cure , she couldn't tell me why they worked .... i love researching , she said they have to be the Golden ones , she didn't know why that was either , its because they are treated with Sulphur dioxide , there you go !
